I see myself as a collage, a blend of cultures, disciplines, and experiences.
Born in Congo, raised in France, and now living in Ireland, my journey has been constant layering and recombination.
This identity is reflected in my art, where I combine traditional techniques like painting and drawing with modern tools such as AI and digital collage.
Collage, for me, is not just a technique but the essence of my work: my creative journey starts with association of ideas, words, memories, and music. Collage allows me to bring together all these disparate inspirations in one piece that I can share with people.
My work explores themes of representation, the body, and the relationship between humans and digital objects. I am fascinated by the stories we tell through screens, the interplay between images and technology, and how these narratives shape our perceptions.
Women, especially those underrepresented in mainstream art, are central to my practice. I aim to celebrate their presence and challenge stereotypes, creating characters who defy preconceived notions and reclaim their narratives.
